Jewellery Repairs

Most rings are never taken off. They are exposed to daily wear and tear, and by the time we get to inspect them they are often in dire need of repair and restoration.

We carefully examine all rings under magnification, looking for missing stones, chipped stones, loose stones, worn claws, damaged or bent sections and any other areas of concern.

During the course of our examination, if we notice any design or constructional defects that may have contributed to premature wear, we advise you to have these corrected as part of the restoration process

Before our goldsmiths commence the job, we give you a full explanation of what work is required to repair and restore your ring to showroom condition. We provide a fixed quote for this work and will only proceed once we have obtained your consent to do so.
